Product Description

PTFE needle punched felt filter bag, also known as Teflon, is made of PTFE needle punched felt produced by needle punching method. Polytetrafluoroethylene fibers are produced using different production equipment and manufacturing processes based on the characteristics of working conditions and usage requirements. Through processes such as singeing, heat setting, and rolling, polytetrafluoroethylene needle felt with high filtration performance is produced. Then, sew a traditional PTFE filter bag using polytetrafluoroethylene needle felt.

    Two factors effect the choice of filter bags

    Temperature: As the main component of dust collector, it is very important whether selected filter bag adapt to the flue gas temperature . Such as, the heat resistance of filter material exceeds the flue gas temperature too much, which will cause the waste of high temperature filter material as well as big investment in equipment. If it is lower than that of flue gas, it is possible to cause the burning of bag. So how to select the filter material according to the flue gas temperature? It can be divided into the following according to the temperature: normal temperature filter material: below 130 degrees Celsius, medium temperature filter material 130~180, high temperature filter material 180~280.

    Flue gas composition: It includes the content of dust, specific gravity, particle size, viscosity or not, the water content in the flue gas and other parameters. All of these decide the way of cleaning, filter bag material treatment,filtration velocity. Usually, if the dust is dense, sticky and light, we usually choose pulse bag house and pulse bag filter. In addition, the filtration velocity is control more than 1.2m /min, sometimes 1m /min. As well as, the Filter material treatment is generally membrane, water and oil repellent, anti - static, oriented anti adhesive treatment.

    Dust Separation Procedure

    Different dust separation procedures require different weights and air permeability values for filter media.

    Rules:

    - The more effective the cleaning process, the more compact and heavier the filter medium can be.

    - The higher the emission control standards, the heavier the filter medium should be.

    Tops: If these factors are well considered in advance, running cost like electricity for the fan or pressured-air for the cleaning pulses can be saved later on in a great amount.

    PTFE filter bags are widely used to purify industrial dust with high temperature, high humidity and high viscosity, or industrial dust containing acidic and corrosive chemical gases. PTFE filter bag has a very important use in high-temperature flue gas filtration industry, with broad application prospects, mainly for the following aspects:

    (1) Garbage incinerator, etc. It can purify flue gas with high humidity, high temperature, and high water content, strong chemical corrosively and high viscosity dust. The treatment of PTFE filter bags, especially the treatment of waste medical supplies and household garbage, can solve the problems of high-temperature combustion bags, high viscosity dust paste bags, and chemical gas corrosion bags and so on.
