Two factors effect the choice of filter bags: Temperature: As the main component of dust collector, it is very important whether selected filter bag adapt to the flue gas temperature . Such as, the heat resistance of filter material exceeds the flue gas temperature too much, which will cause the waste of high temperature filter material as well as big investment in equipment. If it is lower than that of flue gas, it is possible to cause the burning of bag. So how to select the filter material according to the flue gas temperature? It can be divided into the following according to the temperature: normal temperature filter material: below 130 degrees Celsius, medium temperature filter material 130~180, high temperature filter material 180~280.

Flue gas composition: It includes the content of dust, specific gravity, particle size, viscosity or not, the water content in the flue gas and other parameters.
