SFFILTECH supplies replacement dust collector filter bags for baghouses, pulse jet collectors, reverse air systems, and industrial dust filtration equipment. This page helps buyers review filter bag options, confirm replacement details, and prepare quotation information before ordering.
A dust collector filter bag should not be selected only by material name or temperature. The correct bag depends on dust type, normal and peak temperature, moisture, acid gas or alkali exposure, cleaning method, cage fit, tube sheet condition, and the old bag failure pattern. Common media options include polyester, aramid, PPS, PTFE or PTFE membrane, P84, and fiberglass-based media, depending on the operating conditions.
For replacement projects, small construction details can affect installation and sealing. Please confirm bag diameter or flat width, total length, top style, bottom style, snap band or ring details, seam type, surface treatment if required, quantity, delivery country, and operating data. Useful operating information includes temperature range, dust abrasiveness, dust stickiness, moisture or condensation risk, chemical exposure, cleaning pressure, and current failure location.
Photos help reduce quotation mistakes. Send a full bag photo, top close-up, bottom close-up, length photo, diameter or flat-width photo with a measuring tape, cage photo if a cage is used, tube sheet or venturi details if available, and damaged areas from the failed bag. If different collectors use similar-looking bags, separate the photos and dimensions by equipment position.
If the current material is uncertain, send the old bag sample, previous order record, equipment nameplate, or any available drawing. If the bags failed early, photos of the failure area and surrounding installation condition can help review whether the issue may relate to media selection, cage fit, cleaning settings, moisture, or dust behavior.
If the size is uncertain, review the filter bag measurement guide. For broader material and construction options, see the industrial filter bags page. For a complete quotation checklist, use the replacement filter bag RFQ guide.
Application requirements should be confirmed before quotation. Lead time depends on product specification, order quantity, and material availability.
