Welded construction and sealing
• Confirm seam integrity, seal-ring fit and installation to manage bypass risk; bypass-free performance is not guaranteed for every system.
• Confirm seal-ring material and chemical compatibility with the specified housing and process conditions.
• Obtain the applicable material declaration and food-contact documentation where required; do not assume blanket FDA certification.
• Special heat set and polish surface treatment significantly reduces fiber release and keep certain micro rate
• Stable and flexible welded seams that adapt to the restrainer basket
• The handles in the ring make replacing the filter bag quickly and easily
• Change intervals and associated labor requirements depend on solids loading, differential pressure and process conditions.
• Follow the housing installation instructions and verify correct alignment in the support basket, using a suitable insertion tool where required.
How filter bag works in the bag filter housing
Inside the bag filtration system,the filter bag is supported by an inside filter basket.The incoming fluid is to flow out after filtered by the bag filters ,thus the impurity is intercepted in the filter bag.You can continue to use the filter system after changing the filter bag.It is a trend for the bag filter to replace partly the cartridge filter.The small filter bag can filter large amount of liquid.
