Cleaning method and service life depend on the filter type, media, particle or solids characteristics, loading, airflow or flow, pressure differential, temperature, chemical exposure, cleaning intensity, operating cycle, and maintenance practices.

Service life should not be confirmed from material name alone. Buyers should provide the existing cleaning method, replacement history, failure observations, pressure records, operating schedule, photos, and performance target so construction and maintenance considerations can be reviewed for the application.

Temperature affects fiber stability, dimensional behavior, finishes, seals, and expected service life. Moisture, condensation, hydrolysis, oxidation, acids, alkalis, solvents, and other chemicals can also change the suitability of a filter material.

Buyers should provide normal and peak temperature, chemical names and concentrations, moisture conditions, exposure duration, cleaning method, pressure, and process composition. Compatibility is application-specific and should be reviewed together with the complete operating conditions before quotation.

Filter housing selection depends on the liquid or gas, design flow, operating and design pressure, temperature, viscosity, solids loading, required filtration stage, compatible filter element, and acceptable pressure drop.

Buyers should provide the preferred material, housing type, bag or cartridge size, quantity of elements, inlet and outlet size, connection standard, seal material, installation space, closure preference, drawings, and certification or inspection requirements. The final configuration must be confirmed in writing before production.
