The aramid filter bag is made of 100% polyester raw material. According to the characteristics of working conditions and usage requirements, different production equipment and manufacturing processes are adopted. Mix aramid fibers with different denier numbers through needle punching, and then undergo singeing, heat setting, and rolling to produce aramid felt with high filtration performance. Then, sew a traditional aramid filter bag using aramid felt.
What is aramid filter bag
Aramid filter bags utilize high-strength aramid fibers, known for their heat resistance and chemical durability. These industrial filtration components, integral to dust collectors and environmental equipment, excel in high-temperature filtration applications and flue gas treatment. Designed for industrial use, they contribute to efficient particle removal in diverse industrial applications. The aramid fiber's chemical resistance ensures longevity, making it a reliable choice for demanding environments. These filter bags play a crucial role in enhancing air quality, exemplifying exceptional filter media performance and embodying key features such as industrial strength, environmental protection, and versatility in combating pollutants.
Two factors effect the choice of filter bags
Dust Separation Procedure
Different dust separation procedures require different weights and air permeability values for filter media.
Rules:
- The more effective the cleaning process, the more compact and heavier the filter medium can be.
- The higher the emission control standards, the heavier the filter medium should be.
Topsa: If these factors are well considered in advance, running cost like electricity for the fan or pressured-air for the cleaning pulses can be saved later on in a great amount.
